Schools for email

Hello LM_NET friends. I've been on this listserv since Easter, and have
found activities in the States to be interesting and challenging. I'm based
as a school in Sydney, Australia,jwith a very multicultural group of
students.  Here were are just now introducing our students to the joys of
Internet citizenship.
So, a plea for help.
A small group of students are keen to establish email contact with friends
in the States and around the world.
Have you got anyone at your school who can help?
I would love to hear from any schools that we could communicate with.
Remember, our students are beginners!!
Just this once I'm attaching a few of their early efforts to give you an
idea. Email can be addressed to the students in the subject field.

                  Our names are Katherine Suli and Emily Tannous. We are 12
years old andwe go to Bethlehem college in  a surburb called Ashfield  which
is in Sydney Australia.We are in year 7.At  school we do a subject called
Design and Technology (DAT forshort) and we were wondering if you could
answer some of our questions. If you can answer these questions on jewellery
we would like the answers about the cultural and traditional jewellery  your
country once wore and might still and may still wear today.

         QUESTIONS

1. The forms of  jewellery that are worn eg. rings, neckpeices, anklets
   etc
2. The materials used in the jewellery.
3. Any traditional shapes or arrangements of shapes used in the
  jewellery
4. Is the jewerlly soild or of an open desingn like filigree ? how is
 this done.
5. How is the jewellery eg. cast in a mould or shaped from wire.
6. Does the jewellery have any significance?
7. What other accessories are worn?
8. What colours are dominated in the costume?
9. What forms of decoration are used on the costume?

Hello I come form Australia in N.S.W in Sydney. My schools name is Bethlehem
college in Ashfield .I am 13 years old. My background is chinese and I have
a biggerbrother, I like music like boys to men , mn8, cdb and going to the
movies plus seeing videos.
I am in year 7 and is working on hats in Design and Technology.
I like art ,sport, and playing around with my friends .I would like to know

Hi, me and my friend are writing to you from Bethlehem College, Ashfield,
Sydney  in Australia. Our names are May Kim and Louise Tamayo and were both
in Year 7 and 12 years old. We both like Boyz II Men, Guns and Roses,
Brandy, and many more.
Our hobbies are watching t.v, going to the movies, playing variety of
sports, going out with friends, playing computer games and creeping
ourselves out. Now it's winter except  it doesn't snow around here where we
live only with high mountains like at Mount Kosciusko which we call The
Snowy Mountains.
My friend here has a twin sister except that she goes to a different school,
but I have a stepsister who goes to a different school too so that makes me
and my friend have something in common. We have two sets of twins that are
our friends and they are Korean. Oops, we forgot, I ( May) am Korean but
born in this country and Louise is Philipino but was born here too! We are
wondering how school is like there so whoever you are, PLEASE write back to
us as soon as possible and detail about you.

We would like to hear from friends in London  or Los Angeles, or other
places.
