SECONDARY: Exigy??

Dear LM_Netters,
     I am posting this for our high school media specialist who currently has
no access to online services of any type.
     She is wondering about purchasing Exigy (ABC-Clio) for our high school.
 They have only one computer for student use excepting the one that is used
for InfoTrac (I think I am correct on this matter).  They also have the World
Book InfoFinder and Encarta for use on the computer.
     Have any of you purchased and used this product and what is your
opinion?
