REF: jacket cite

Dear wonderful lm_netters-one of the English teachers came to
me today (earlier!) and asked how to cite text found on the
book jacket.  I called a wonderful public librarian friend and
she checked the standard sources and could find nothing.  Can
any of you help me out.  TIA
