Alliance Plus error message

Has anyone encountered the following error message on Follett's Alliance
Plus CD:

        could not execute record save utility

This message appears when I have selected a record from a list and am trying
to pull up the complete record on the screen.  I'm not trying to save the
record.  Hope someone can help.
