Here is an email I received from Surfwatch. I feel this explicitly
addresses the issue of "content control" hedged by the CEO in the message
recently posted to LM_NET.

We use proprietary technology which allows us to block sites which contain
common obscenities in their name. We also block sites based on other
criteria and a data base of known sites. The criteria we used was sexually
explicit x-rated sites. We do not provide a list of current blocked sites
as that is part of the proprietary software. Thanks for your interest and
let me know if you have more questions.
