How can the next decade be the "tens" when all the digits will begin
with a 0 (zero): 00-09.  Why not go back to the beginning of this
century and use the term: 'oughts' or 'aughts'; "she was born in
'ought 2'".  On a somewhat similar matter, I'm not going to debate
whether the 21st century begins in the year 2000 or 2001. I'll just
enjoy two celebrations.
