REF: Texas Internet access

One of our library media specialists has just moved to Corpus Christi, TX,
and needs to know the best way for Texas educators to access the Internet.
She is also interested in meeting other Corpus Christi LMS's, as she will
be starting at the Cunningham Middle School in the fall. Please contact me
if you can help with either of these requests, and I will relay the
information to her (she has no access right now and really misses lm_net!)
