Hi, all- Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer. Your help has helped me solidify my choices. Sirs was the unchallenged winner with 11 of the 21 who responded naming it as a must. A close runner-up was Gale's Discovering authors with 8 and Information finder with 6 votes. I'm on a very limited budget, but I have been convinced. I will definitely have to find the funds somewhere to include Sirs on the network. I I'm going to try to attach my tally sheet to this posting. Since America Online has just begun allowing sending files out on the internet, I'm not real sure it will fly. If it doesn't, I'll do it the hard way and type it all in my email note tomorrow. Thanks again everyone. LM-Net is the greatest professional support I've ever had! Nancy Reed St. Mary Middle/High School Paducah, Ky nupper@aol.com 6/28/95 Well, troops, I was right, I couldn't attach a WordPerfect document--bounced everytime. Yesterday, I spent time with on-line technical support, who recommended sending it as an ASCII file. So, here goes again. 6/29/95 Still no joy in Mudville! So, I downloaded a special program from Aol to "encode" it to send, HAHAHAHA!!!!! So, what follows will be typed into to email form to send, which I should have done a week ago, but it got my stubborn streak awake and I was determined to conquer the problem. My head is bloody AND bowed! I know most of you could really care less, but I'm including this for all you LM-Netters on America OnLine, don't try--it's really hard on your disposition.
