Elementary Library/Media Center Flexible Scheduling

Sevem elementary schools in St. Paul, MN are going to be "pilot" schools
next year to demonstrate how outstanding media programs impact kids and
the community.  One of the requirements of the foundation funding the pilots
is fleixble scheduling.  If anyone has information or ideas on how to make
the transition to flexible scheduling and train the media staff involved
your help is appreciated!
