Flexible Scheduling

Hello.

Regarding the flexible scheduling question.  I would recommend looking at
Jan Buchanan's book on flexible scheduling.  I can't recall the exact
title, but it's published by a company in Colorado with a 1991 copyright
date.  I just a did a review of literature for one of my classes here at
the university so if anyone is interested in discusses this issue further,
