I have a question from our chemistry teacher to which we have been
unable to find an answer.  Could anyone answer this, or point me to a
resource that could?
 
What is a hydrogen-platinium solution used for?
 
We've tried McGraw-Hill Ency of Sci & Tech & Ask Mr. Science (who, I have
since learned, is inactive at present)
 
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
