REF: QUOTATION AND ITS SOURCE

Hi, netters;
    A teacher asked me this morning if I could locate  a quotation and
its source. We have quite a few quotation books, but I couldn't locate
it.  Can anyone help?  He said the quote goes something like---"A
man/person never stands as tall as when they bend over to help a child."
He actually needs it before tomorrow (Sat.) but knowing his curiosity, he'd
love to have it anytime.  TIA.
