        Has this happened in any school you know of: the certified
librarian has been replaced by a "literacy facilitator"? This person may
have been a reading specialist or classroom teacher but now runs the
library which is called a "literacy center." Evidently, our traditional
services including technology were not enough. Is this a new trend?
