Help: Set LM_NET nomail

I have been trying to have my mail stopped for two days.  Even though I
have hard copy of instructions to do this, I am not having success.

Can someone give me the correct address to send the message to have my
mail stopped temporarily.  I don't want to totally exit the system, just
to pause mail until sometime in July.

I would appreciate any assistance.
