It is nice that Joan has come to Baker and Taylor's defense, but the
cataloging that I received from them this summer was so miserable that I
have vowed to (try and) never do business with them again.  Not only was
the cataloging a mess, but the processing was by far the worst from the
vendors I used in opening a new high school (Follett and Econoclad did
very, very well.)   I'm hoping Ingram's will be a better source.
