The applications for the 1996 AASL/Highsmith Research Grants are now available.
The grants, up to $5,000 donated by the Highsmith Company, are awarded to cond
uct innovative research aimed at measuring and evaluating the impact of school
library media programs on learning and education. Applicants must be AASL perso
