HIT: Encyclopedia on CD ROM for lower grades

Thank you for all your responses to my request regarding CD ROM
encyclopedia for 2nd through 4th graders.  I love being on this listserv!!

Golden Books First Connections was the number one recommendation.  It
reads certain text with real voice and can read most text using a
computer voice.  Sounds like it is just what I need.  Educational
Resources was mentioned a couple of times as a place to order it from.

Other suggestions given were:

Microsoft's Explorapedia: World of Nature and Explorapedia: World of People.
