REF:States with laws on biracial marriage

LM_NETTERS,

I tried a long time on the web today to find the supposedly 15 states
that still have (unenforceable) laws on the books regarding mixed race
marriages. There was a '67 Supreme Court Case in VA that makes these
laws pointless to enforce, but a student has found evidence that there
are still 15 states with such a law.

Any ideas about which states this source referred to?
