GEN: Banners

I'm big on banners in my library this year.  I discovered a very cheap
way to hang them. Half inch PVC pipe. It's in the hardware department of
most home supply stores.  They'll even cut it into the right length.  I
drilled a hole about an eighth of an inch from each end, slip an opened
paper clip in the hole, and presto!  I used my smallest drill bit. It
costs about 4 cents a foot and is lighter and will hold its shape better
than wood. Hope somebody out there can save some time and money.
