Check out Native Books, Inc. on Oahu. They have the best current list of Hawaiiana (books & media) that I have seen: Native Books, Inc. P.O. Box 37095 Honolulu, Hawai'i 96837-0095 808.845-8949 FAX: 808.847-6637 There are a lot of great source material on Polynesian Voyaging, one of the great technological events of human history which effected the peopling of the Pacific. (Also see the folllwoing for websites related to Hawaii & the Pacific : http://weber.u.washington.edu/~chambers/pweb.html Native Books is a great resource for educators. The University of Hawaii Press may also have a catalog, but Native Books may have access to most of that list as well.
