Hawaiiana (books & media) that I have seen:

There are a lot of great source material on Polynesian Voyaging, one of the
great technological events of human history which effected the peopling
of the Pacific.  (Also see the folllwoing for websites related to Hawaii

Native Books is a great resource for educators.  The University of Hawaii
Press may also have a catalog, but Native Books may have access to most
of that list as well.
