Technical Support Needed

A friend in Los Angeles asked me to send a message to LM_NET about the
desperate need of at least four schools in LA for s reliable technical
support person.  The schools have hardware and software compatibility
problems (network card failure, according to software company, scanner
wand broken, CD-ROM server down, etc.).  When they call people they find
in the phone book, they either don't return the calls, or they call and
say they will be there and don't show up.  If you have any suggestions
for a reliable source for help, please call her or reply by e-mail to me,
