HIT?: Scope and sequence

For all of you who asked me to send you any of the material I have
received - There have been so many requests that it is unbelievalbe. All
of the people who have been willing to send me material are sending it
via snail mail. Therefore, for those who would like copies, if you send
me and 8 x 11 stamped self addressed envelope, I will be willing to do
the copying of those documents that I receive. No one has sent me
anything, so far, via email. If this changes I will post a HIT.
