TARGET-> Block Scheduling and Electives

We are interested in finding out what implications block scheduling has had
on elective courses in the fields of business, family living (home
economics), technology, art, and music.  Are they reduced, eliminated, or
squeezed into the blocks?  This has direct bearing on the collection/programs
