LM_NET: Library Media Networking

I would like to know if any school libraries in "total School" title one
schools receive assistance from title one funds in buying library books
to support any of the following: ITI, Whole Language, or Professional
Books. There seems to be a problem with the term and interpretation of
"direct classroom" instruction.
