In case you mean can you save WWW pages to disk to demo--yes you can,
though you have to save each page and the graphics on it separately, and
for some pages you may have to edit the HTML so the file knows where the
other files and the graphics are. There's  few more tips associated with
this technique, if you're interested (how to save and edit files and
graphics, how to display them).

Another approach is to pre-record the sessions with a QuickTime tool.  I
use Cameraman for this, and I love it!  I end up with these neat little
'movies' that look just like live sessions, and I don't need a connection.
Plus, I get to practice discussing the search session, and I can replay it
for different crowds.  Cameraman isn't the only QT tool for this, btw,  but
I'm not familiar with the others.
