Four Period Day

Our faculty has been visiting schools that are participating in the Four
Period Day, but most of the schools are larger than ours.  We have
approximately 250 students in grades 7-12 and our faculty teaches at both
the high school and junior high level.  What are your experiences with
this?  We need some suggestions and information about schools our size
utilizing the Four Period Day
