Gen: mounting uncut book page

Can anyone suggest a way to mount (and protect) an uncut bookpage?

I would like something clear on both sides so students
can see the way the pages are printed on both sides.  Also, I want
to protect the page from dirt, etc., since it is a signed page.

I thought about laminating it, but our laminator is only 25" and sometimes
the laminator will wrinkle the page.  Plus, I've never been able to find
out whether laminator film is safe for archival use.  Does anyone know?
