using technology in math/sci block

I am a H.S. Media Specialist and was recently approached by the science
teacher for help in writing for a grant.  The grant is for teachers who
will use technology to further math/science block teaching.  I don't
think they are looking for examples of software which deals with
math/sci, but rather some great projects which could be used with
students.  These should be math/science related and incorporate
technology into the lesson.  These ideas can be for either
elementary or secondary students.  Please send any projects, ideas, etc.
