Can any of you Irish-Americans tell me the meanings, overt and
implied, of the expression "Tis Herse?"  It's on a green
T-shirt along with a crown.  I got it to wear on St. Patrick's
Day, not really understanding the expression.  Sure now, aren't
aren't we all a bit Irish on St. Paddy's Day?!  ;-)
