GEN: books dealing with interracial families

Hi.  I am interested in finding books which deal with interracial
(multicultural?) families.  More specifically, parents and children being
of a different race.  I am adopting an infant from Korea in the spring
and have chosen this topic for a research project in Children's Lit,
part of the MLS program at North Texas University.  The books can be
related directly or indirectly.  Any age level from birth through the
teenage years would be appropriate.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
