o.k.
 I can't sit silently and let this go by --my first official comment to go
out over LM_NET. I sat through a heartbreaking game watching my beloved
Mississippi State Bulldogs lost, but being as I'm at the University of
Kentucky in graduate school (LIS), I will have to say GO CATS!!!  (Forgive
the yelling-- the fans here are rabid!)

On a serious note, I'd just like to add that in spite of all of the problems
in the field-- money, lack of status, pressures of added responsibilities, I
can't wait to get out there with you as a working librarian.  You all have
given me a lot of hope and a chance to share.  Thanks!
