Is there a world wide web URL for locating an individual author's e-mail
address?  Specifically, am looking for the e-mail address (if one exists)
for Ann Cameron (author of Stories Julian Tells etc.)...Please respond
directly if you have a clue as to how to find her!   Thanks in advance.
