PROF: Sex Ed/AIDS

     Michigan has state law that all Sex/AIDS ed teachers must be
certified/approved and all materials used in those classes must be
approved by a local committee.
     Health educator recently interpreted this law to mean that all
LIBRARY materials (books, pamphlets, posters, videos) for use by
general population must also be approved by this committee.
     Is anyone else in this situation?  Does anyone have comments on
this?  Please and thanks.
