SEC:Study Hall Passes

Group,

I am trying to plan ahead for next year and dealing with study hall
student access to the library.  Right now the room is adjacent to the
library and access is through an adjoining hallway.  The study hall
teacher issues a certain number of passes each hour.  Next year the
room moves and students will be more mobile in getting to the
library.  I have thought about issuing the passes myself for the
study hall students and being able to monitor the who's and the why's
of coming to the library, but I don't want it to become a nightmarish
situation for me timewise either.  Any suggestions from a group I can
always depend upon?
