>The Research Committee of the American Association of School
>Librarians invites proposals for papers to be delivered at the first
>Judy M. Pitts Research Forum, to be held in Portland, Oregon, April 2-
>6 1997, during the AASL National Conference.
>Papers should describe completed research projects, the results of
>which have not been published by the time of the Forum.  Since the
>school library media profession is very broad, appropriate topics,
>targeted at the pre K-12 level, include but are not limited to:  the
