CD-ROM labels

I, too,was concerned how to label the many CD-ROMs we had
accumulated in the media center.  I checked with our technician
to be sure I wouldn't do anything that might interefere with
its proper operation.  He suggested that, rather than use
labels that might be too thick, to use a permanent magic
marker.  That has worked very well--I just write the bar
code number on the CD-ROM and hand enter that number on the
computer when I check it out to a teacher.

Not very pretty, but it works for me!
