LM_NET: Library Media Networking

I need some help with my bookmarks. I have added bookmarks along the way
and would now like to put them into categories using Netscape. I am having
trouble accomplishing this task. How do I create a new heading and then
place my bookmarks under it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
