TARGET: Flexible Schedule Inservice

Hi,
        I am an elementary school media specialist at a school with
approximately 800 students.  We opened 5 years ago and have slowly been
working towards a totally flexible schedule.  We will be totally
flexible this year.  I would like to start off the year with an
inservice for my staff on flexible scheduling.  If anyone has any tips
or suggestions for that inservice I would greatly appreciate it.TIA
