GEN: Cataloging question

I'm trying to re-create two card catalogs from scratch, and since I'm used
to automation, there's a lot I should know and don't.

Where do you file titles that begin with numbers, like 101 Dalmations?
Do you file it as if it were spelled out--beginning with One?
Do you file it numerically at the beginning of the "O" section?

And while I'm asking, on a book with an editor, isn't the Title Card the
Main Entry and the spine label would have the Dewey and 1st three letters
of the title?
