has everything you'll need including a link to Larry Anderson's National
Center for Technology Planning where there is an archive of plans from all
over and a downloadable guide for technology planners.

Our division's plan is at

resembles many of the other plans, it has a sister document that may
interest you...the Information Services Report  found at

The Information Services Report was written by a committee that did not
include a library staff member. Personally, I'm impressed by their effort,
especially the part entitled
THE CHALLENGE FOR TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS.
