Fred, Francis Bradburn, the head of media services for the state of North
Carolina, presented very detailed rubrics for multimedia at our state
library conference Aug. 10.  I do not have her e-mail address here at
home but she can be contacted at 919-715-1000 (This is the number for the
entire department from the phone book)  This rubric is extremely detailed
and addresses many areas such as working in a cooperative group, design,
and most important content.
