The NIIAC came out of VP Gore's desire to have global connection to the
Information Highway!  I found information in WWW under "national
information infrastructure" searching YAHOO.  I know any search engine
will find the site.  It has a great deal of information on what the
government's goal is for public schools and libraries.  I used it for my
grant proposal for a private school and know I have the exact site name,
but it is in my home files, not here at work.
