Kludge has several meanings, and is pronounced KLOODGE, not KLUDGE. 1. Equipment cobbled together from mismatched parts 2. A software and/or script solution relying on several workarounds, especially if the workarounds are homely 3. As an adjective: kludgey means clunky... like a funky old DOS program. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Karen G.
