Marcia:  You question comes at a perfect time.  AASL has just established
a listserv (last week) for all independent schools.  It is just getting
off the ground but I am sure dialogue will take off very shortly.  The
address is iss@ala.org.  We are being asked to use it as a way of
spotlighting issues which may be unique to private schools.  Please drop
