Personal congratulations to Betty Hamilton who was profiled in an article
by the National School Boards Association on technology and ocmmunity
access. Betty was the only library media specialist mentioned in the
article. The right person in the right media for the right audience!--Ken

Please let me echo Key Haycock's congratulations.  It's been a long time
since the School Boards Assn. gave any attention to library media
specialists and the importance of the library in quality schooling.  Your
work has been a standout on a lot of fronts, and it's nice to see it
getting this kind of recognition in a publication where libraries and
librarians should appear regularly.
