TECH: Apple IIe Emulation Card?

Is there any call or market for an Apple IIe emulation card? I purchased
it in 1992 when I bought my Mac LCIII, thinking I would install it to run
the programs I had already for my Apple IIe. Of course, once I saw what
the Mac could do, I never did install it. It's never been used... can
anyone use it?
