In our elementary district (two schools-1850 students) the office gives the
specials a printed list of all students by grades and classes(PreK-6). We
also get a list from the nurse's office of any children who may have special
needs that require them to go to the health office/rest-rooms, etc. This
procedure has been in place for many, many years.
