GEN: Polish cookie recipe needed

Dear Netters, My staff is always asking me to find
recipes for them -- since I have a collection of
over 800 cookbooks at home -- but there are times when
I just can't come up with what they want.
        The request I have today is a Polish cookie
recipes call, in English, Angel Wings.  My teacher is not
sure what they are called in Polish.  I don't have
a good access to the internet so a url wouldn't help
