Perfect position for new LS graduate in beautiful New Mexico.  Alamogordo
is in the southern part of the state surrounded by mountains to the east,
west, and north and El Paso, Texas to the south.  Skiing just 35 miles
away in Ruidoso's Ski Apache.

Alamogordo High School has 2400 students, 175 staff and faculty, 2
Library Assistants, a fully networked automated library (Follett's
Unison), an 8 drive CD-ROM tower with SIRS Researcher, SIRS Government
Reporter, Ebsco's EMAS Full text Elite, Americana Encyclopedia, Wilson's
Current Biography and room for 2 more CD's.  There is a new Internet
Connection with full color scanner and UMI's Proquest Magazine Express
and College View on a Mac.  All computers (7 workstations) are IBM
compatible.  A good budget obviously.

I have been the Media Specialist here for 10 years and have accepted a
new position with another district.  This position needs to be filled by
January 7th.
