I am having trouble getting Windows computers to work with Netscape and
TCPman. I have things set up "correctly" according to my directions. When
I run TCPman and keep it in the background and try to run Netscape, I get a
message that I cannot start more than one copy of the specified program (or
something to that effect). When I go back to trumpet winsock (I think, I'm
not at a Windows computer and I am much more comfortable with Macs), it
gives me two comm errors, which vary very slightly if I do it again. They
are

        comm errors [FRAME]=147 (or 148)
        comm errors [BREAK] = 2 (or 3)

When I tried to run Eudora I got
        comm errors [FRAME}=61
I can't remember the other and didn't write it down for some reason.

Do you have any suggestions? I'm baffled since I'm really not comfortable
with Windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
